From June to September, in Madonna di Campiglio-Pinzolo-Val Rendena it can be done through the proposals of the Dolomiti Natural Wellness: 8 sensory paths through which to reap the benefits of numerous practices face to face with nature.

Here are some suggestions:

  • the practice of yoga;
  • meditation and tree hugging in the clearings of silence to rebalance one’s inner self and improve concentration and reaction times;
  • walking barefoot on grass, bark and pebbles (bare footing) to get in touch with Mother Earth;
  • walking barefoot in the water of mountain springs (natural kneipp) to stimulate the vital force;
  • gentle walking in natural spaces (natural walking) to improve metabolism.

NAMBRONE DOLOMITES NATURAL WELLNESS (VAL NAMBRONE)
Route: Nambrone refuge – Canavaccia path – Nambrone refuge
The medium-difficulty circular route (26 m uphill and 35 m downhill, about 1.7 km) features an alternation of holistic activities and walking.
Val Nambrone, wild and full of water, is the ideal place to experience different elements of the Dolomiti Natural Wellness, discover them all for total immersion in nature!
Elements practiced: Natural Kneipp; Bare Feet Trail; Silence Room-Inner Silence; Silence Room-Greeting to the Sun; Tree hugging.

VAL BRENTA DOLOMITI NATURAL WELLNESS (S. ANTONIO DI MAVIGNOLA)

Val Brenta, the perfect place for Greetings to the Sun and the search for synchronicity with Nature.

VALLESINELLA DOLOMITI NATURAL WELLNESS (MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO)

Cascata (waterfall) di Mezzo – Malga Fratte – Malga Brenta Bassa – Cascate di Mezzo

The circular route of medium difficulty is very panoramic and about 4km long (100m altitude difference uphill and 100m altitude difference downhill).

Val Brenta is the perfect place to search for synchronicity with Nature.

A path that from the pleasant noise of the Vallesinella waterfalls guides us to the intimate silence of Malga Brenta Bassa.

NAMBINO DOLOMITI NATURAL WELLNESS (MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO)
Madonna di Campiglio – Piana di Nambino
The route is circular and very simple, about 1km long (35m altitude difference uphill and 34mt altitude difference downhill).
It is the path by definition suitable for families along which parents and children have the opportunity to carry out an activity together; alternate a simple walk with some holistic wellness activities.
