The certifications CLIMA HOTEL and CASA SOFIE are far more than documents which certify the building’s energy and environment sustainibility: it reflects our belief.
Our respect for nature
We are indeed very lucky to live in Madonna di Campiglio, in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites which, in 2009, was recognized by Unesco as a world heritage site.
We firmly believe in the respect of the environment which surrounds us which brought us to the decision to build an eco-friendly Hotel.
The wood
The wood utilized in our structure is all certified material, healthy, free of glues or varnish which release harmful substances. As thermal insulation it favours the regulation of the CLIMATE of the internally and limits thermal dispersion reducing energy consumption.
Our Hotel not only contributes to the environmental sustainability but favours the well-being of its occupants.
Eco-friendly behaviour
In our small way, we can all make a contribution in respecting our environment.
A system of automatic air recycling avoids you having to open the window in your room to “refresh the air”. On each floor of the Hotel you’ll find waste sorting bins.
