With the skilful guidance of executive chef Vito, our kitchen offers an à la carte menu with daily proposals inspired by the traditional Trentino and Italian cuisine.
To start, a rich buffet offers an ample choice of antipasti (both hot and cold), salads and vegetables, local cold cuts and cheese from the pastures and dairy of Malga Zeledria.
The served dinner, with a different menu each evening, proposes a choice from 4 first courses and from 4 main courses. For a sweet ending, an array of desserts, home-made on the premises by our own pastry chef.
Once each week we propose a “Traditional Dinner” so you can enjoy the authentic taste of the traditional Trentino cuisine.
