Our attention towards nature and the environment also includes the selection of the products that we serve at table. Following CasaClima indications, our preference is always towards local zero-km products and seasonal availability.
The mornings are precious: on our sweet and savoury buffet you’ll find our home-made cakes and jams, yogurt, cereals, cold cuts, farm butter and cheese produced in the Malga Zeledria, only a few kilometres from our hotel.
Eggs are cooked to order, according to your preference.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 (early breakfast is possible on request).
From 3:00 to 7:00 on request at the bar, after 10:00 again at the bar.
With the skilful guidance of executive chef Vito, our kitchen offers an à la carte menu with daily proposals inspired by the traditional Trentino and Italian cuisine.
To start, a rich buffet offers an ample choice of antipasti (both hot and cold), salads and vegetables, local cold cuts and cheese from the pastures and dairy of Malga Zeledria.
The served dinner, with a different menu each evening, proposes a choice from 4 first courses and from 4 main courses. For a sweet ending, an array of desserts, home-made on the premises by our own pastry chef.
Once each week we propose a “Traditional Dinner” so you can enjoy the authentic taste of the traditional Trentino cuisine.
Dinner is served from 19.30.
Our Ristorante Artini always opens from 12:00 to 14:00 with an à la carte menu.
Alternatively, at our bar, you can enjoy a special dish of the day or quick snacks.
