Fifty years of passion for our superb local cuisine
Directly opposite the “Pradalago” cabin station, near the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, the Restaurant Artini awaits you with the warmth and perfume of the Trentino cuisine, with a spacious dining room and a cosy smaller pine “Stube”.
It is open both for lunch and for dinner, access is through the Hotel Campiglio Bellavista.
Quality food and wines
We propose traditional dishes, mainly local Trentino. In line with our belief in environmental sustainability, we prefer organic products from our area, such as meat from the Rendena valley and cheese from our mountain pasture-dairies. Our desserts too, freshly made each day thanks to our pastry chef, are inspired by our tradition. Our wine list, which also includes organic wines, offers a wide selection of local proposals with a good integration of national wines.
In case of special dietary requirements, separate menus will be proposed.
Our chef
Our family’s restaurant opens 50 years ago from our family’s passion but if we’ve made it all the way to today, a great merit is also due to collaborators who have been at our side for a lifetime.
The creative mind is our chef Vito, native of Puglia but Trentino of adoption. He is the master who rules the restaurant kitchen and develops our recipes.
