Genuine tastes in a “farmstead” (Cascina) Restaurant with view on the Dolomites

The Restaurant “Cascina Zeledria” is situated at 1767 m above sea-level, between Campo Carlo Magno and Pradalago, approx. 3,0 km from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio.

We’re open both for lunch and dinner and can be reached by car in the summer while in the winter with skis, snowshoes and snowcat. Reservation is recommended.

Traditional cuisine

Our à la carte menu proposes local dishes. Our speciality is “hot stone cooking”: a tray of assorted meats, vegetables and polenta to grill on the hot slate slab supplied to each guest – it will also be accompanied by steaming, melted cheese and a tasty sauce. A healthy and natural way to taste the products of our land while admiring the Brenta Dolomites in the background.

The Cheese Cabin

This little hut, recently renovated and situated at approx. 100m from the restaurant, is ideal for groups of 25/30 people per evening with a pre-arranged fixed menu.

Farm product outlet

Our restaurant is situated in the midst of alpine pastures, in the vicinity of the dairy. From the comfort of the restaurant you can see the cows grazing in the green pastures and if you wish, take a look at the milking and cheese making.

The butter and cheese produced with the farm milk are on sale in the little shop near our restaurant as well as other local, genuine delicacies such as jam, honey, liqueurs, cured meats and typical mountain products.
