La Caneva

The Caneva (from the Latin Cannaba) is the typical cellar and pantry found in the old homes of the Trentino and entire Alpine region, for the storage of cured meats and cheese. We have created our Caneva following tradition as well as the added element of an adjoining, overlooking dining room.

Dinners

The recently renovated dining room offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for private dinners of small groups, to savor our dishes and pair it with wines from our vast selection of local and national wines.

During the summer, refreshments and aperitifs can also be organized outdoors in the front garden, immersed in a rustic atmosphere with view on the mountain view.

Wine tasting

We organize wine tastings with our sommelier, choosing from a range of options to discover local wines or create personalized experiences with labels from our wine list.
