According to the ClimateHouse (CasaClima) guidelines, the gastronomy of the Hotel Campiglio Bellavista is based on the use of locally sourced food.
Our commitment is to buy the majority of consumer products from suppliers who are equally mindful of the environmental impact of their activities.
As far as food is concerned, this means favouring products from the neighborhood, from organic and biodynamic suppliers by encouraging the clientele to choose the local traditional cuisine menu and dishes prepared with seasonal products.
This ensures quality and uniqueness of the offer. Depending on the time of year and the quantity available on the market, mostly seasonal fruit and vegetables are offered.
The same principle applies to quality wines and spirits of local origin.
At breakfast mostly products of local origin are offered: a wide selection of pastries and homemade jams, yogurt, cereals, as well as local cold meats, butter and cheese from our Zeledria dairy farm and eggs, freshly prepared according to your request.
Each day, our chefs offer a variety of dishes, all freshly prepared exclusively with local products:
- to start with, a rich buffet of hot and cold appetizers, platters of assorted cheese from our Zeledria dairy farm with its Alpine pastures and a variety of cooked and raw vegetables.
- followed by a menu of the day with a first course (which offers a choice from 4 pasta / soup dishes) and a main course (with a choice from meat / fish dishes)
